However, before you use the plugin, note that it is in beta testing and a work-in-progress. Users of the plugin do so at their own risk.
By continuing to use this plugin, users agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"):
1. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the plugin solely through OpenAI's ChatGPT ("ChatGPT"). All other modes of usage are prohibited.
2. Users may not use the plugin for any unlawful purposes, or use the plugin in any way that will interfere with the provision of this plugin's services to any other user.
3. The owners and developers of this plugin ("Owners") shall not be liable for any damages or harms resulting from the usage, availability, or non-availability of the plugin.
4. The Owners provide no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or availability of information provided by this plugin.
5. The Owners shall not be liable for ChatGPT's interpretation of information provided by the plugin, or any of ChatGPT's responses to the user resulting from the use or non-use of the plugin.
6. The Owners reserve the right, without notice and at their sole discretion, to limit or terminate a user's licence to use the plugin, and to block or prevent that user's access to the use of the plugin.
7. These T&Cs are to be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute in connection with these T&Cs.
8. All intellectual property rights in the plugin and its content, features, and functionality, are owned by the Owners, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
9. The Owners reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time, at their sole discretion. If we make changes, we will notify users by revising the date at the top of these T&Cs. Users' continued use of the plugin constitutes acceptance of the amended T&Cs.
10. If any provision of these T&Cs is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these T&Cs, which shall remain in full force and effect.
